Ritika holds an MSc in Learning and Development from Maastricht University and an MBA in Finance from ISB Hyderabad. An international Parent Coach, she launched AmalgaMind in 2014 to revolutionize early childhood development. Driven by her passion to enhance the quality of higher education, she also founded an Education Management Company. A mother of a 12-year-old, Ritika is a firm believer in transformation and infinite growth. She now dedicates most of her time to guiding individuals on how to unlock their infinite potential.

Before transitioning to the education sector, Ritika spent a decade in the Real Estate and Infrastructure industry, achieving rapid career growth. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies (DU) and has cleared CFA Level 2 from the US CFA Institute.
